    Note to self.

    Don't try to work out with NFL wanna be's. Got some staying in my hotel in San Fran. They will not be drafted (or think they wont be) and are working out to see if they can make the team.

    My stubbornness (or lack of good judgement) and my I must compete attitude makes this one very tired Papaw before the work day starts.

    That's rather humorous, trying to keep up with the kids. The touch of grey in your hair would make them try that much harder to make sure you aren't out doing them. Then you can't let the young ones out do you. In the end you are all pushing each other harder through stubborn pride. I suppose it's a win-win in terms of initiative.

    Funny thing is they only showed up one other day to work out. Said they had to take time to recuperate.

    3 months in of logging everything I eat. Still going strong. I'm down a little over 30lbs since the 1st of the year.

    Just got back from a week long vacation and actually lost 3lbs. Still tracking everything I eat.

    I wish............
    I had dropped 40 pounds, but 30 of its back. I have to start over. I have a tough time eating right on the road and I've been on the road a lot.
    I cant imagine how you do it Phil.

    I get up early every morning and get my 5k in. I always stop at the grocery store for my breakfast and supper. The only time I eat out is lunch usually. No fast food unless its something like Subway.

    Good food is hard to pass up. I almost never eat anything fried anymore and when I do, it kills my stomach.

    I have only missed 3 days this year getting in my 5k. It like second nature now.

    I have struggled a little since spring break. I recently got myself a new Fitbit so I'm getting back on track. On the plus side I have lost 40lbs since the first of the year.

    Yep as well as Steve and Gary's. We are Fitbit friends and see each others activity.
