Scroll down toward the bottom and the Chili recipe is one that some fellows here at work use all the time. We went in together and got a 5 pound jar of the chili mix and I am going to try it exactly like the recipe calls for one time.

That's cool. That's a company that makes commercial smokers and some for home use.

It's across town. They also make chili powder and BBQ spices.

Yep, I ordered one of their smokers Monday! Had to get it quick as they are discontinuing the model I got. All the guys here at work love them and they turn out some great tasting food.
