Well my plans just changed over night, I was planning on selling both my rzr and brute force and buying a new "S" but the house I was trying to get I ended up in a bidding war and I had to spend 10k more than planned!!! So now the money goes into the down payment.

Any offers????

Hopefully I can get rid of the brute force......Spread the word, I can help with delivery if they pay what I am asking.....

Sounds good, I will for sure. we are getting a great deal...The home was listed for 175k 3 months ago. A buyer gave the seller 40k down payment on the house and then the buyer backed out! So we are getting the home at 135k! We have instant equity which is awesome for us because we are first time home buyers!!!
