Well, I got a new recipe for chicken nuggets and it turned out awesome :)

I took some boneless chicken thighs and cut into approximately 1" cubed pieces and seasoned with my BBQ Rub.. The pieces were then rolled/wrapped in a full strip of bacon.

The bacon wrapped nuggets were then smoked on the big green egg with some hickory wood for about an hour at 325.

Once they were done, they were brushed with some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

These things were outstanding :)

They were pretty good. I got three of the chicken nuggets left over and my kids arguing over who gets them for Breakfast (they may be gone by then :) )
