Everybody that is thinking about adding a winch to your RZR should take a look at this bumper. From the looks, the winch will be mounted higher than the stock location and with it being higher, it looks like to me that it would give you a better pulling angle and also keep some of the mud and muck out of the winch. I have a few EMP products on my Ranger and all of them have held up well.
