I had the tabs on the front and back of the bottom of the Diehard I put in. I took my grinder and cleaned them off without bothering the case to get mine to fit.Gary Lenon said:Didn't go so well with the battery. I took the old battery from my series 11 Ranger 500 and can't get the new battery to fit. I have the old style RangerWare, with a battery box. The battery I took out was a car battery with the side mounts. I even tried laying the battery on it side, but not enough room to attach the cables.
Does that mean there is a Odyssey 925 for sale ??? That is a bummer that it did not work out for you.Gary Lenon said:Didn't go so well with the battery. No, I don't give up that easily! I have ordered some terminal end adapters for the Odyssey that should allow me to make a hook up on the battery.slane01 said:Does that mean there is a Odyssey 925 for sale ??? I'll blow it up before I sell a 160 dollar brand new battery for fifty bucks. THEN I might sell it for fifty bucks.slane01 said:I guess its just like building a puzzle Gary....Just need to make a few trips to the parts store to get some Do-Dads, & Whatcha-Ma-Jiggers and piece it together....RZRRich said:Sounds like you have it figured out - keep us posted Gary. :wink:Gary Lenon said:No, I don't give up that easily! I have ordered some terminal end adapters for the Odyssey that should allow me to make a hook up on the battery.slane01 said:Does that mean there is a Odyssey 925 for sale ???
