OUCH, Not to mention being an owners nightmare as well. I know in Michigan the DNR inposes a HEAVY  fine to the owners of the submerged vehicles .... OUCH again :!:
Do insurance companies even pay off for going through the ice like that?

I've heard of that.....something about petroleum contamination in the water. We were at the X Games a few years ago and they wouldn't let Travis Pastrana do a motorcycle flip into the lake because of that.

If they did, I bet it would only be once....then you'd be looking for another insurance company.
I'm a lost for words with those pictures, I don't know who to feel bad for the owners or the insurance companies, and I don't like insurance companies.
The DNR in MI will give you like 8 hours to remove a snowmobile if you fall into the lake then they will fine you very heavy. Here is the problem the local diver will charge you 800 dollars to dive down and tie on to the sled Had a good friend lost a sled in a lake..
pic's

Cool pic's,feel sorry for those folks :!: I think I will fish from a boat or the bank in warm weather.
