We are currently working on pipes for the 500 ranger, 07 700 xp, 07 700 6x6, 05-06 700 xp, and the ranger with 800 kit. We should have production pipes ready the second week of may. When they are ready I will post the dyno numbers and the pricing on the forum. Thanks Dale! If you have any questions call 715-294-4575 or email me at [email protected]

Most performance pipes are louder than stock, because they flow more air with less restriction to baffle the noise.

Chris is right they flow more air, our pipe is louder then stock but quiter then most out there. We use a mechanical baffle so there is no need for repacking or will it get any louder. All pipes will be chrome plated. Thanks Dale!

Another nice thing about baffled exhausts is there's little to no maintenance when compared to your typical packed muffler. Plus, if you go for a swim above your muffler's height, no need to replace all the packing then, either, because there isn't any. Chrome Plated? Some bling bling action, huh Dale! :)

A free flowing exhaust will reduce heat...when I opened up my exhaust gasket and replaced my muffler, the heat underneath the seat virtually went away.

Most applications will use heat tape, insulated heat tape or a header wrap to protect any plastics from melting. We also use header wrap to eliminate the ringing of the pipe which resonates off the chassis causing alot of unwanted noise. Thanks Dale!

Dale, you need to get us pricing on having the entire exhaust ceramic coated instead of nickle, they can do both the inside and outside of the pipe, and of course just the outside of the muffler. that would be way better than any type of heat wrap or shielding and look better to. should be able to get it done for under 100.00.

When reading old posts about heat problems, I wondered why I didnt
see anything about ceramic coatings.
That would be my vote for the 700 pipes [:D]
