Ribs on the ole' Brinkman

I mixed a batch of my home made rub (assorted spices, italian dressing, and Baby Ray's BBQ sauce) and I threw some country style ribs on the Brinkman. I let them smoke for two hours and they came out delicious. I will post some pictures after I get them down loaded onto Photobucket. They are absolutely delicious, I fixed a vegetable medley and yellow rice to boot. Stand back or you'll pull out a nub if you reach into my plate    .

Those sound great. I did some baby backs on Super Bowl Sunday. I used different rub this time. I cook them for 2 hours at 250 on the smoker, pull them off, and this time I coated them in Honey, added a bit more rub, wrapped them in foil and placed back on the smoker for 2 more hours at 250. Pulled and unwrapped them and cooked for another 15 minutes, then sauced for the last 10 to 15 minutes.

The Honey added a great flavor. I have never done that before. I ususally add some cider when I wrap them in foil. I love Ribs on the smoker :)
