Those sound great. I did some baby backs on Super Bowl Sunday. I used different rub this time. I cook them for 2 hours at 250 on the smoker, pull them off, and this time I coated them in Honey, added a bit more rub, wrapped them in foil and placed back on the smoker for 2 more hours at 250. Pulled and unwrapped them and cooked for another 15 minutes, then sauced for the last 10 to 15 minutes.
The Honey added a great flavor. I have never done that before. I ususally add some cider when I wrap them in foil. I love Ribs on the smoker
