The stock tires weren't involved because everybody was asking what should they upgrade to and we wanted to test all the same size and ply rating. The stock tires hold up but we have puntured a few. As we said in the article in was a surprise on some of the lesser known tires. Greenball showed us a new one at the SEMA show called the Dirt Commander that wiil be released at the Indy show and will be a big contender.

I am real happy with my dirt tamers. Am interested in seeing the commanders. I read your article and it helped in my selection of the dirt tamers. Keep up the great work in the magazine.

Glad you guys liked it...it was a lot of work changing out all those tires/wheels and trying to remain as objective as we could over the same terrain. Wait till you see some of the extensive testing we've been doing on some other things in the upcoming issues.

I appreciate the tire review and was surprised to see the Bounty Hunter's do as well as they did. I'm having a little bit of tire envy but it looks like the grass really isn't greener on the other side!
