I've saw decent hoists at Harbor Frieght for 100.00 not to bad.
Thanks Brian, if I don't find someone wanting to get rid of one I will check them out.
A cheep 12v winch, or even a come-along would work.
Gary, if you can't find one for sale here, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one from Harbor Frieght, I've used one of theirs in the past and it worked just fine.
