warn plow recall

I recevied this from one of my vendors about a problem Warn has with its plow. I dont know if anyone has one but thought I would post it

PROVANTAGE PLOW LIFT RETURN
AND $200 CASH REBATE ON NEW WINCH PURCHASE
Warn Industries identified an issue with the ProVantage Plow Lift that may cause it to stop operating. Warn is
actively working on a replacement Plow Lift but we do not have one available at this time. As an alternative to
the ProVantage Plow Lift, for those customers needing a replacement to keep their plows operating during this
winter season, we recommend using any WARN® RT, XT or MT winch.
Warn Industries is offering a $200/USD cash rebate to customers that have purchased a ProVantage Plow Lift
(PN #79630) or ProVantage Plow Lift Service Part (PN #80677), and have returned this product to a reseller
for a full refund (details below), and purchased a new WARN® RT, XT or MT Winch.
This $200 cash rebate is valid for new WARN® RT, XT or MT winches purchased as a replacement for a
ProVantage Plow Lift, and to customers that have the valid documentation attached to the Rebate Claim Form
(below).
To claim your $200 Winch Rebate:
1. Fill in all requested information below on Rebate Claim Form.
2. Attach original itemized sales receipt for the ProVantage Plow Lift or Plow Lift Service Kit, purchased in the
United States or Canada.
3. Attach original itemized credit receipt for the return & refund of the ProVantage Plow Lift or Plow Service Kit.
4. Attach original itemized sales receipt for a new WARN® RT, XT or MT winch purchase, showing items
purchased, including part numbers, purchase price, purchase date, etc.
5. We suggest you retain a photocopy of all original documents.
6. Mail Rebate Claim Form and above documents to:

The rebate is limited to one $200 rebate for each valid Rebate Claim Form/ProVantage Plow Lift purchase and return. Rebate will be
paid in US Dollars, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Incomplete, illegible, and invalid claims will be denied. Please allow
8-10 weeks from receipt for delivery of rebate check. Warn is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Original materials become
the property of Warn Industries. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. To accept this rebate offer, you must cash your
rebate check no later than 120 days from the issue date. By applying, you agree that Warn may void your rebate check if you fail to
