Wheres your favorite place to ride?

I have a few places I really like. The mounds in the Flint Michigan area is a great place for muddin, and Michigan has a pretty good series of trails. I have to say I think Ride Royal Blue in Stinking Creek Tennessee is probably the most interesting and diverse place to ride.

Royal Blue was a pretty cool place to ride. I have ridden alot in the UP of Michigan when I was growing up. But that was either on ATV's or Jeeps years ago. I am looking forward to doing alot more exploring on my Crew this year.

That’s a loaded question for me because I just enjoy trail riding...period. Michigan has a tremendous trail system around the Gaylord area and northward all the way to and including the U.P. West Virginia is another state which has some VERY nice trail systems also(Hatfield/McCoy). Pennsylvania is right there with the best of them also. Ride Royal Blue in Tennessee is an excellent place to ride along with WindRock. See below.

I like riding anywhere with friends, but everyone should ride the trails at MOAB Utah at least once. 5 Couples in my riding group are planning a trip there in May.

Eric,

That looks like a nice area. Where are they located though? I can't find the specific state on there website. I do see from the Weather Link, they are getting weather forecasts from Georgia, so that is my guess it is where its located.

Looks like a nice all purpose faciltiy though.

Thanks for sharing.

Eric, Thanks for the Durhamtown info - it has now been added to the SSW's “ Links to Riding Places” – when you get the time take a look in there.

I like RRB for the trails and the campsite. Most different type of trail riding in one place is the Wagonwheel, at Ashland. there the campsite is nice, but I like RRB better.

So my favorite is Royal Blue.

I still need to go back to Winrock with the RZR, when I went with the 500 Ranger it was fun, but mostly work trying to keep up.

I wish Wagon Wheel was closer and a little more easily accessible. I love those trails. Great diversity.

Having said that though, Ride Royal Blue is the best all-around riding experience in terms of camping, eating, riding, the people, etc.

Living in Utah I feel guilty for having never been riding in moab. I will be going in the spring, however my favorite place to ride is Hardware Ranch. It is just ten minutes from home and has miles of trails of all different skill levels. It is hard to justify the drive when there is so much riding so close to home. If any one is interested in an awesome ride hit me up when the snow melts.

I wish I lived closer, it looks like there are lots of great places to ride out there. It would be great having places 10 minutes from your house. It would make it easy to go for a nice ride on short notice.
